The journey of an artist
With a passion for art and the natural world since an early age, Linda has had the privilege to train at a leading art school and work with inspirational, creative artists and designers. As a teacher of art for over twenty years, she continued to make artwork alongside managing art departments. Linda says, it is wonderful to be painting and pursuing interests, allowing her to create a series of works and paintings for commissions and sharing her love of creativity in different settings.

The story behind the art
At art school, Linda had a very strong interest in minimal work, land art and conceptual art and design. Most of her work was abstract, and she was always interested in the viewer's perspective and how people interacted with art. This led her to wanting to engage more with people in art settings and work with different organisations as an art coordinator. Linda believes that art is for everyone and can enrich people's life. She also likes to make artwork affordable and offers prints of paintings. Occasionally, she gifts art and will periodically donate a percentage to a chosen charity.
