These terms and conditions apply to the sale of physical artworks and art prints through our online store and at our physical workshops or events.
By purchasing artwork from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Description of Artwork
All artworks are described as accurately as possible, including details such as size, medium, and any unique features.
Images of the artwork are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings and lighting.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer for both online purchases and when booking our physical workshops.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For commissions, an initial deposit is required, which is non-refundable to protect time and materials.
4. Shipping and Delivery
For online purchases, we currently offer shipping to the UK only.
Refunds, copyright and liability
5. Returns and Refunds
Online purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 2lindadale@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
Physical gallery purchases are final and not eligible for return unless the artwork is found to be defective.
6. Copyright and Licensing
All artworks are protected by copyright laws. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
Reproduction or commercial use of the artwork without permission is prohibited.

Customer support is hugely important to Linda Dale Art, especially with workshops and commissions.
For commissions, clients are guided through the process with regular check-ins. A commission should be special to you.
In the early stages, we agree on the subject and a small deposit. If, after this, you are not happy for any reason, you do not have to purchase the art, but the initial deposit is non-refundable to protect time and materials. Everything else will be explained to the client.
Any workshops or events are priced individually and have terms and conditions attached and provided pre booking.
